I don't care about the past evidence. What you need to access right now is what does future me, the one who has already created that result, think that I'm not currently thinking?

Welcome to Sincerely, Future You. Okay, Happster, I need you to ask a question that is at the core of the work that I do and that I teach, and that we talk about on this podcast, which is, what is different about future me? Think about something that you've created in your business this year or this month, right now, your proudest accomplishment. Or even something random, a webinar with 30 attendees or 10k month, or the salary of one or all of your employees or contractors. Now ask, was there a time where I believed that this was impossible? You had to become the person that could create that. And whether you think it took you a long time or a short time, it wasn't actually time that created it. It was one thought, What did you have to believe about you about your offer about the world about your industry, about your target market in order to create that result? For example, I had to believe people desperately want the results that I offer, in order to get up to charging 10k for one on one. I had to believe group coaching is just as valuable, if not more valuable to my clients than one on one coaching, for me to go all in when I changed my business model. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to sell it. And inevitably, I wouldn't be able to serve and to help them. I wouldn't even try or I would but then I'd feel gross and salesy, which I watched my clients do in the process, ultimately creating those sales and then proving my limiting belief right? Now apply this to the business that you want. Get specific. What one results you want to create this month that you've never created before that you have no evidence in your past that you know how to do or that you're capable of doing? I don't care about the past evidence. What you need to access right now is what does future me, the one who has already created that result, think that I'm not currently thinking? What is she willing to feel in her body? That I'm avoiding feeling? What has she done that I haven't done yet? How does she dress? How does she describe herself? What does she believe is possible? What audacious thing is she willing to say out loud? Because she knows it's true because she's seen the results that you've yet to see. Because you're not in the future. And there's nothing wrong with that. But in order to get to that future, you need to access the thoughts that that future self already beliefs. Write it all down, and then go practice believing it.
