Welcome to sincerely future you. Let's make you the boss of your brain today. This double down high quality question is extra fun for me, because the question is, is this a high quality question? Let me explain. So a couple of months ago, I was at the Life Coach School Mastermind, and I was explaining my concept of high quality questions to another life coach. And she had been asking me some questions about my business model and what was working for me. I just kept saying to her, it's just a bad question. It's not high quality. Don't ask me that. And I'm not going to answer that. And we were having fun going back and forth. But a couple of weeks later, she reached out to me and she said, I cannot tell you how much that concept of high quality questions has changed me. I can't get it out of my head. She said that she's been using the question, is this a high quality question to filter her own brain and her own thinking and her her own train of thought? She uses it and she noticed herself asking a lot of how questions rather than why questions. And she came to that conclusion after being prompted by this filter. And she was looking, she noticed that she was looking to people outside of herself as the main authority for her business. Like in the questions she was asking me, what do you charge for this? Instead of what is the value of my offer? Or what is the best for my ideal? What's the best price for my ideal clients? Is a question that your brain is asking setting your brain on a winning mission? That's what I want you to understand? Or is it setting it on a wild goose chase? Are you setting your brain to task to go answer a question that's going to give you a really low return on investment? That's going to maybe give you the path to someone else's success? Or are you asking a question that's going to put you in harm's way as my, my coach Brooke likes to say, put yourself in harm's way. That's how you know that you are on your path to growth that you are your success is inevitable. And one of the best ways that I like to put myself in harm's way is to get to the root of it. When you ask yourself, after you're listening to your brain run around in circles ask, is that a high quality question? And you'll find out really quickly, what you may be avoiding feeling or doing just by asking yourself really low quality questions all of the time. All right, my friends have a beautiful day.
