Let's say you sell cakes. And right now you have little time because people are asking you for all sorts of things last minute. They don't understand the turnaround time they DM you via all the channels on Instagram, a casual Facebook comment, text, email, and you spend a good chunk of your time scattered, trying to track down and plan for all the cake making and delivering all the while feeling resentful. Why couldn't they have just let you know a few weeks earlier. It's not like their son's birthday just became June 15th. Time for a policy. Welcome to sincerely future you.

Hello, Happsters. Okay, I have some really exciting news. And I wanted to just pop it right into this minisode here because I am back from maternity leave, this will be the last minisode of this series. So I hope you're enjoyed the minisodes. And if you really enjoyed leave a review so that I can make sure that we can just add in some minisodes here or there. If you like that short form content, I love it personally love a little gem nugget ready to go for my day. But what I wanted to tell you guys before you get this fun minisode is that I do have two spots that I am going to be selling to my sold out round of happening sessions. It starts next week. So you are listening to this, I believe on the 23rd, September 28, we are starting six months of group coaching, where all of my clients are guaranteed money back guaranteed even more time, more money and more emotional peace as they navigate scaling their business to the next level. And I wanted to offer this specifically to you guys, to my podcast listeners. If you are loyal listen over here, it's for a reason. It's because you believe that you can get to that next level. But right now you might need to borrow belief. So here it is, I'm giving you one thought for you to hold on to that's going to help you take the leap. And that thought is if you wait until making an investment in your business feels comfortable, you've waited too long. It's not supposed to feel comfortable. You guys, you're supposed to put your money where your mouth is, and show yourself that you believe that you're going to get those results. And until you do believe you're going to get those results, you're not going to make an investment. But if you really did believe it, you would make the investment. So it's kind of a catch 22. And I get it because I was there for years. And now that once I finally took the leap the first time and showed myself you know what, no matter what I'm getting those results, it paid off in dividends, you guys, and I've never stopped, I just keep upping my investment in myself. Because I keep upping my belief that I'm the type of person that can get results at the 25k level at the now for a year $50,000 That I invest in coaching. And that's just my mastermind. That's not even my other coaching that I pay for it right. So I I want I encourage you happening sessions is $5,000 pay in full and $6,000. If you're doing a payment plan of $1,000 a month throughout the whole time, and you're guaranteed to get results. There is literally no reason if you're listening to this that I can think of that you wouldn't do every resourceful action that you could muster in order to get yourself in this room. I want you there specifically I am talking to you. There are two spots they will sell. So make sure why not you Why not you? You will have to wait to be in the room until next March if you do not capitalize on this. Which of course again, if that's what's if you really believe that that's what's right for you. I can't wait to see you in March. But I don't think it is I think you secretly want it now. And imagine how much money you're losing by waiting to start making that money until March. All right. That is my offer to you. Who of you I can't wait to meet you. I will see you in the room.

Hello Happsters. Are you building a business you will resent? This is not the high quality question that most people come to me with. But it is an important question to ask yourself today. It's a very future focused question. Check yourself. Are you where's your focus? Is it on the short term wins or on the longevity of your business? Will your future self thank you for the decisions that you're making today? Or are you mortgaging your future? By saying yes, when it's actually a no. Essentially, what I'm asking you is, are you people pleasing your clients? Or are you serving them? And I want to explain what I mean when I say that, so that you're very clear if this is you, so you can stop doing it. Serving your clients is helping them get a result, helping them get a feeling, helping them get a product or a solution that they desire. It's having a very specific promise and then offering it to people. But it is not giving them everything they asked for. It is not meeting every specific request that your clients bring you, just because you can. One of the ways we clean this up inside happening sessions is through policies, you know, if you need a policy if you're running into a problem right now, and you'd likely have the same problem if that circumstance arose again, in the future. For example, let's say you sell cakes. And right now you have little time, because people are asking you for all sorts of things last minute, they don't understand the turnaround time, they DM you via all the channels on Instagram, a casual Facebook, comment, text, email, and you spend a good chunk of your time scattered, trying to track down and plan for all the cake making and delivering all the while feeling resentful. Why couldn't they have just let you know a few weeks earlier? It's not like their son's birthday just became June 15. Why didn't they just submit the request through my website, that way, I have all the details. And I don't have to spend too much time going back and forth with them. This could have been solved in one thing. And instead it took five emails, time for a policy, the method of request that timeframe and any rush fees that might apply. And your most important job once this policy is set is to honor it, of course, write down your policy so that it's really clear, not just for you and any staff that you have, but most importantly for your customers. And then you get to sit back and love your clients and customers as they make requests that you love to deliver on. This is coming to your business as a masterful CEO, and showing up and serving from abundance. Knowing that if you honor your policies, there will be enough clients that will eventually come. You do not need to cater to those every single request. You're only doing that because you don't believe that you'll have enough clients or enough money. If you say no, this is building a business that you will resent. And I don't want that for you have a beautiful weekend hamsters.
