If you are a healthy eater, or at least trying to be one, the word barbecue probably gives you the sweats. nervous

I imagine myself in a backyard with coolers of beer and pitchers of margaritas. I’m tempted by burgers, hotdogs, chips, and potato salad. The Connection Between Success & Being In Shape

Success and happiness are often used as synonyms. And they should be! …assuming that your successes are your own, and not defined by others. For example, if your parents want you to be a doctor, but you really want to go to art school, getting into Medical school is not going to feel like a victory, and probably won’t make you happy long-term.

Body Experiment #2: Make a Habit of Trying New Forms of Exercise

I’ve already established that exercise does wonders for my body and for my happiness. I have more energy. I gain muscle and stamina. I can even see an ab or two! The happiness I feel from working out the first few weeks is EUPHORIC. Researchers attribute this feeling to the release of a protein called BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor).
